Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively through the
United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated by USPS.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once your order has been:

Transferred to USPS

Marked as “Shipped”
Responsibility for delivery transfers to USPS.
Hebrew Care is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by USPS

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Postal service disruptions

Weather-related delays

Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with USPS.
We will provide tracking information and shipment confirmation upon request.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Hebrew Care is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Handmade & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our products are handmade in small batches and may contain natural ingredients.
Please note:

Products may soften, melt, or change consistency during transit in extreme temperatures.

Variations in texture due to heat or cold do not necessarily indicate product damage.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
Hebrew Care is not responsible for product condition resulting from temperature exposure after delivery.
Shipping Insurance
If USPS insurance is included with your selected shipping method, claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Hebrew Care will assist by providing necessary documentation related to shipment confirmation if requested.
